Storyline
The dashboard begins in 1985, the first year where the requested electricity-generation fields are simultaneously populated, so blank early rows do not flatten or distort the lines.
Coal's share peaks in 1988, then steps down more forcefully around 2015 and again in 2015, while low-carbon generation steadily expands its footprint.
