Reading the comparison
This view compares the length of each part’s bounding box on the X, Y, and Z axes, where length is computed as max minus min for each axis.
- nist_part.step is widest on X and remains larger than the piston on X and Y in raw values.
- nist_piston.step is more compact in X and Y, but its Z envelope approaches the larger part more closely.
- The bars intentionally use the raw parsed values rather than a normalized unit conversion so the dashboard matches the extracted summary data.
